Asian Contemporary Republic represents the wisdom of Phraprommangkalachan - the President of the Romchtara Foundation. Abstract
This book provides cultural and historical perspectives on the development of society to complete the human evolutionary nature from primitive society to the space age of the 30th century. The modern view of government, state, and politics in the study of political science is a product of extensive research and phenomenological analysis of the political, economic, and cultural events that gradually changing in the 21st century. Abstract
This book comprehensively studies the sociological and anthropological concepts in the systematic analysis of society. Traimit Educational Model for the First Confucius School in Thailand

Based on the Traimit Model of Education, the Confucius Classroom at Traimittwittayalai High School has offered training courses and organized an International Chinese competition known as the “Chinese Language Bridge-Top Crown Diamond Cup.” This competition has attracted over 32,500 competitors and professionals as a model of Chinese and foreign educational cooperation. International Linkages and Consortia of the Secondary Education Program in the College of Teacher Education, University of Northern Philippines-UNESCO Heritage City of Vigan
ABSTRACT
The implementation of the international linkages and partnership revolves in the SEA Teacher Project ( SEAMEO); Student Internship Abroad in Tan Trao University, Cultural Heritage Support of the UNESCO Heritage City of Vigan through the presentation of the technical papers relevant to the cultural heritage and ASEAN Integration. The internationalization efforts of the education program provide the opportunity for research utilization and in sharing the diverse academic experiences of the development partners.
The international linkages in the education programs are implemented by the Center for International Studies (with Romchatra Foundation through the Maritime Silk Road Institutes in Thailand) for the undergraduate programs of the College of Teacher Education reflected on the holistic framework of the university. In the SEA-Teacher sponsored by the SEAMEO was able to strengthen the twinning agreement for the Student Exchange Program in the basic education of Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The University of Northern Philippines - College of Teacher Education BTVEd and BTLEd Programs are constantly building, developing, and strengthening international linkages with institutions and organizations to enhance the quality of education, research, and services of the college and to deepen understanding and knowledge of education in different contexts in the world. Furthermore, the implementation of the international linkages and partnership revolves around the relevant technological contributions in the industrial, technical, and vocational fields of education focusing on the technology-based education outputs, cultural heritage to support UNESCO Heritage City of Vigan, International Student and Faculty Exchange Program, sustainable linkages with Romchatra Foundation, SEA Teacher Project and other ASEAN Integration activities.
The BTVTEd and BTLED program established linkages with leading foreign universities and organizations working out the relevant exchange programs in industrial technology, food service management, and relevant vocational-livelihood training for the stakeholders. Finally, the Romchatra Foundation through Phromomankachalan has expanded the international linkages of the UNP to be a partner of the academic publications including cultural exchange activities under Hanban that recognized the effort of the CTE to bring the forefront of scholarly publication through the ASEAN Community. International Linkages and Consortia of the Elementary Education Program in the College of Teacher Education
ABSTRACT
The College of Teacher Education for Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) implemented the international linkages and partnership in response to the teacher education program on the academic excellence of the faculty and students exchange program, international conferences research collaboration, book publication, socio-cultural ASEAN integration, cultural diversity (MTB-MLE), other basic education programs. The internationalization efforts of the education program provided the research utilization of the strategic opportunity of the location of the university to share the academic experience is the engineering structural conservation management of the UNESCO Heritage City of Vigan. It also presented an overview of the ASEAN Integration and Technology.
These sustained international linkages and consortia provide the academic excellence in the BEEd program that consequently granted the Center of Development in the College of Teacher Education. The international best practices became a world-class engagement to become a potent catalyst of professional and academic development in the elementary education program. It has fully been realized by supporting culture-based education. With the foundation of the MTB-MLE and academic collaboration of the SEAMEO for young children (Kindergarten to Grade 3 of the K to 12 enhanced curricula), and academic collaboration with the foreign universities in the ASEAN region. Furthermore, It integrates international linkages and partnerships with the support of the SEAMEO student exchange program, the Cultural Diversity, and the Experience of the primary school–future teachers of partner universities were also enhanced. Partnership with different ASEAN Schools such as Romchatra Foundation with the academic exchange program connected with the Maritime Silk Road Confucius Institute. Thus, ASEAN Universities opened the eyes of one of our students to diversity through academic exchange and collaboration with Tan Trao University, Suan Dusit University, and Rajamagala Universities of Thailand.

Lesson Planning in the Mother Tongue- Based Multilingual Education
ABSTRACT
The importance of the lesson plan reflects the pupil's educational growth, which depends on the selection of the subject matter activities, experiences, and methods adapted to his interests, needs, abilities, and level of maturity. Basically, the selection of the subject matter activities depends on the program in implementation of the K to 12 curriculum that considers the mother tongue as the core of development learning in the basic education program. Furthermore, the articulation of the instructional process is designed based on the student teacher's ability to present the teaching method to develop the interests, needs, and abilities of the pupils. This book generates contextualized insights and experiences in sharing the pedagogical knowledge in the areas of Lesson Plan and Mother Tongue Based-Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE) which were presented to the Nakem International Conferences relevant to the cultural diversity and inclusion of the curricular program for the Elementary Education. Likewise, the research papers presented were relevant to the Revised Bloom’ Taxonomy and Mercado’s Philosophical Analysis in the purview of the ideas of Buot and Nakem which can be taught in the professional subjects in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education along the contextualized curricula in the implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) for pre-service education.Furthermore, the author’s presentation on the research study on “Development Design in Lesson Planning” in the International Conference sponsored by the State Universities and Colleges Teachers’ Educators (SUCTEA) gave an opportunity to share the results of the study along with lesson planning in the MTB-MLE This also serves as the contextualized curricula to the implementation of the PPST prototype syllabi for teacher education. The content and learning outcomes for this book were taken in the Research in Early Childhood Education (ECE) along the contextualized teaching-learning for the teaching strategies that promote 21st century competence, Mother Tongue and principles of cultural diversity for ECE.

The idea of Pagannurutan for the Ilocano women represents character traits such as loving, responsible, god-fearing, and modest. The intrinsic value is connected to the cultural way of life in the ideas of nakem and loob. Likewise, the ultimate worth of life is the family with individualistic consideration of self-esteem and desire for appreciation and recognition. The diwa is still molded from the socio-cultural system embracing the inner self being called as nakem. The idea of pagannurutan defines the directive force that provides the standard social influence in a certain society. The study of Pagannurutan represents the culture-based system of the society that the center of the life of women is still the family. Therefore, the Ilocano women reflect traditional value system sociological ideas such as pakikiramay, pakikitungo and pakikisama in its intrinsic nature of the ethical value of the society. Asal is the custom, heart, behavior, and manners that are deeply associated with the Filipino culture. It is not simply an intrinsic value but relies so much on the extrinsic value wherein the presence of specific cultural norms and beliefs (pakikiramay, pakikitungo and pakikisama) have been the basis of the moral value in the Ilocano women.Halaga. Family represents the worth and importance of the life cycle. The second consideration is life, health, education, and religion which represents the idea of individualism after the priority option of family. The ultimate dimension of halaga (worth/importance) is the intrinsic value of self-worth which considers the personal development that is construed on self-concept, self-esteem, and the desire for appreciation and recognition.

Furthermore, this book has presented the PPST performance evaluation tool for the practice teachers which is also adopted in the Department of Education along with content knowledge and pedagogy, learning environment, diversity of learners, curriculum and planning, assessment and reporting, community linkages, and professional development. The PPST was successfully implemented to analyze the result as to its relevance in the Code of Professional Ethics for Teachers Finally, the other inclusion of the book presented the ASEAN Teaching Competency Survey (2010) which supported the development of a “SEAMEO INNOTECH Competency Framework for Southeast Asian Teachers of the 21st Century.” The ASEAN Teaching Competency Standards provide the pedagogical skills, student performance, classroom management skills, and professional development skills that are relevant program outcomes adopted by the NCBTS in the Philippines for the pre-service education program.
